Being a health care professional, I am VERY selective of whom I seek for help. I've had treatments from a number of acupuncturists and I must say Ted is a rare find. He truly is someone out to help you to the best of his ability and he is a master at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and his honesty and sincerity is truly apparent.

If you are new to acupuncture or looking for someone you can trust, GO SEE TED!

WOW. I am new to acupuncture and am completely impressed with both Dr. Ray and the results. I came in with pain from a fall, and a suggestion for surgery. A month later, with acupuncture and PT, surgery is no longer needed. Dr. Ray is professional, educates about the process, and i never thought having needles stuck in me could produce such a wonderful feeling. I have recommend him to anyone who will listen to me!

Ted takes the mystic out of Acupuncture and Eastern medicine, he makes you feel comfortable, and best of all, his remedies are effective! I would recommend Ted to all of my friends and colleagues who are interested in alternative medicine, or are just fed up with the traditional Western medicine practice of just telling us to 'take a pill'.

I saw Ted for his herbal solutions. Ted spent about an hour understanding what my problem was and diagnosed what I needed to get rid of my constant fatigueness. I had two months of herbal treatment and could really feel the difference in my energy level. And know that if I need help in the future, I would be in good hands.

Ted combines western medicine with acupuncture, as well as having knowledge of herbal remedies. If migraine is your issue, then go to Ted.

I am a photographer and spend many hours a day carrying my camera. I began experiencing sharp stabbing pain in my arm whenever I would pick up the camera. The anticipation of the pain whenever I would reach for my camera and
thought of having to live with this, had me looking for a solution.

I had never been to an acupucturist and was very nervous, but Ted's professional and warm style put me at ease and before you know it I was laying on the table with needles in my arm.

The amazing part is that after only two sessions here I am 2 years later pain free.

I have seen Ted multiple times and he has helped me with my back problem. I had back problems for the past 15 years due to sports injuries and stress - and Ted has really reduced my pain tremendously. He is very knowledgable and committed to his patients.

Ted Ray does a thorough job evaluatiing your needs, and then implementing a treatment that is very effective. I am a patient, and I have referred my family members to him. I will continue to use his services and to refer him.

With post op pain from multiple surgeries related
to ovarian cancer and refusing to live on pain pills
and unable to function with the daily pain,
Dr. Ray has been the only one who has finally
relieved my pain.
The thing that cracks me up about Ted (Dr. Ray)
is that he's seems to perform magic---a sort of love
potion--yet he's so casual about it--!!!
I come to see him---in pain--we chat--he sticks needles in me--I barely feel them---we chat--I don't even have to concentrate on feeling better---but I do.
I feel like I'm not only pain free each visit--
but re-energized all over.
I've tried everything--and even tried not seeing Dr.Ray
(because of my own busy schedule)
and I only feel pain-LESS when I do see him.
He's professional, personable and-as Tina Turner said
"Simply the Best".
Thanks Dr. 'Ted' Ray!!!!

I can recommend Ted Ray as an acupuncturist based on firsthand experience with him. I am not new to acupuncture. I embrace herbs and many types of complementary medicine practices, especially for any kind of chronic condition. I went to Ted with an unusual and persistent back pain. It moved around a bit and was related to a block in my energy. Prior to seeing Ted, my chiropractor's assistance seemed to make the problem worse. (It was not a sports injury!) Ted's efforts had an immediate positive effect. It took a few treatments to really knock out the problem. After two months of frustration and suffering, a few visits with Ted and I was back on track, able to travel to the East Coast for a long holidays. Ted is not only skilled, he is good natured and personable. I would not hesitate to refer my friends.

I have know Ted for several years. He is extrememly competent and passionate about what he does. I recently had some back pain and had a tennis tournament to play in on the same day. I saw him at around 11AM and played pain free later on that day. Can't do better than that. Great job Ted!

I felt balance and refreshed after my visit to Peninsula Acupuncture. Ted Ray was able to bring my mind and body to a state of harmony which I have not experienced in a long time. I felt so at ease and safe to point where I almost felt paralyzed with bliss. He restored my energy levels that gave me back my physical and mental strength. Thank you!

My wife saw Ted when she was suffering from migraines in two week intervals. She saw a quick improvement and after treatment she went five months without a migraine. I saw Ted on a Monday with a pinched nerve that had kept me off my feet through the weekend. On Tuesday I was at 100% mobility. These things are great, but I believe the best thing about Ted is his ability to make a western person such as myself comfortable with eastern medicine. I would not hesitate to give Ted the highest recommendation.

I have seen Ted for stress-related neck pain and his treatment was amazing. He is a most thorough practicioner who combines the best of traditional Chinese medicine with all the best of Western therapies. He took the time to do a full diagnosis and explained the procedures. I regained a range of motion in my neck that I hadn't had in years. Ted also combines the best of skilled healing and compassionate care of his patients. I highly recommend Ted.
