John was certainly an A++ for the entirety of my storing my car in his space of nearly 1.5 years, yet he went way above and beyond the “extra mile” by not only responding positively to my occasional request but even _offering_ to do more; I’ve never done business with a nicer human being; he also responded to my messages really immediately—how often does _anyone_ do that these days? But _he_ did-unfailingly-every time.
