When will I receive my referral payout?

After the verification process, electronic Amazon gift cards will be sent to the email addresses connected to the Neighbor accounts of both the Referrer and Recipient. The verification process takes place once the referral recipient has a qualified reservation for at least one month.

What is a qualifying reservation?

A “Qualified Reservation” consists of a fulfilled invitation that:

  1. Results in an approved reservation between the new user of Neighbor, the Recipient, and a third party user (third party cannot be the Referrer).
  2. Is the result of an arms-length transaction between a willing host and a willing renter contracting for the purposes of receiving the services made available by Neighbor.
  3. Is not made for the sole purpose of generating referral payout, and is made by an individual who has complied with these rules and the Terms of Service.

How many referrals can I make?

There is no limit on the number of referrals someone can make so long as they are following Neighbor’s Terms of Service and referral program overview and rules.
