I am the retired Homeowner who has lived here since 2009. I was a Business Owner/Contractor. I like the quiet of this Neighborhood as well as it's spectacular view!
Phoenix is great 8 months of the year but the only reason this Town is here is 'cuz the Pioneer's Ox died pulling His Wagon when He was headed to California.
