I have a huge partially finished basement with plenty of open storage space. The house is 2 years old and the basement is very clean and dry. We have a dehumidifier in the summer and a humidifier in the winter. Your items will be very safe as there is rarely a time when someone is not home. We live in a safe neighborhood.
