I've lived in this area for 7 years and it's been perfect. The area is safe and has quick access to both East and West Utah. Mountainview Corridor is about 2mi away, Bangarter Highway, I-15, major ski resorts are 30mins away (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude). The neighbors are all very friendly and look out for each other.
