Krysta and Roscoe are amazing friendly people. We had trouble with our truck battery and they helped us get our truck started. They offered to cover my tires on my RV since I didn't have two covers. I had just moved in on Sunday and on that Wednesday my insurance adjuster needed to go by and take some photos. I called Krysta early in the morning to make sure it was ok. She was so accommodating!

This is an amazing find! Our motorhome could not have been more secure and was able to have shade a great deal of the time by being stored near their tall outbuilding. Krysta and her husband are very kind and accommodating. It was a very positive experience. Hats off and a Big Thanks to the two of them!

About our facility

Large 30 x 50 foot RV garage. Please ensure items fit within the designated area dimensions in listing. Protective floor covering in place. Spot does not include electricity outlet access. Fully fenced 1.03-acre lot. Gravel driveway with gated property entrance. Entire property fenced. Property is at a dead-end street thus restricting public access. Must keep the area neat and clean. Close to 303 and Sun City West. Secured area with surveillance where your property will be safe. Times available to access the property are flexible to 9 pm with appointment. If prolonged property access (vacation/family emergency/etc) is not available renter will be provided advanced notice. Semi climate controlled. Entire inside of RV garage spray foam insulated. RV garage door has been sealed on top, bottom and sides. Please note last photo to show outside of garage. Ignore white line on photo.
