Monthly Parking on 130 E Chapman Ave

I think this is a great idea in theory but the company does not vett people well nor have good policies to enforce a community of trust and safety. I have had two bad experiences with Neighbor that I think could be addressed by improving general policies. One of my rentals was cancelled by the owner. I picked up my car and still got charged because I also didn't cancel my rental- apparently the person cancelling the spot and telling me he wasnt responsible for my car after a specific date was my responsibility to cancel. When I complained that I got charged an extra month they told me they could not reimburse me for time not used - I did not choose the cancel- it was canceled on me!
