About our facility

I have an Unpaved lot I do not use in the back of my rental property. Zoned for commercial business uses. Convenient to the center of Palm Springs, CA. See attached images. Approx. 13000 sq ft of yard space for rent. DO NOT disturb NEW TENANTS ! We had problems with the last tenants who were giving 'Neighbor Guests' a hard time about parking their cars. Hopefully this issue has been resolved.... what's your need?
