About our facility

This is a space in a 2350sq/ft open lot available to store anything large (cars, boats, trailers, etc.). Fully fenced, locked, with motion sensor lights, and directly adjacent to the main lot where we live. We keep a few small garbage bins on the lot, so we’re regularly back there checking to make sure everything is safe and secure. The lot has dedicated access via a back alley and a dedicated gate, so you’ll have 24-hour access, any time, without having to coordinate with anyone. Note that this is a parking spot in a shared space with 4 other vehicles, and thus we’re looking for renters that don’t require daily use. Price displayed is monthly per vehicle/ large unit. Also note the space is strictly for long-term storage only and that we do not allow living on the property of any kind.
