Welcome to our parking and storage location! Our parking garage is located in the heart of the Denver metropolitan area. We offer monthly parking garages to store your vehicle. The garage is a covered parking garage located in the Rino Art District off Wynkoop and 36th Street. It is one block away from the Blake Rail Station, Great Divide Brewing, Zeppelin Station, & Market Hall. The garage provides great parking for Rino CrossFit, & Bigsby Folly Craft Winery. It is also located next to a mixed-use of apartments, restaurants, shopping, and offices! Access will be provided in digital form. 7'0'' height restriction. Storage covers, RV, boats, or oversized vehicles will not be allowed. Vehicle must be removed and washed monthly to avoid dust build up on vehicle. Please remove any valuables or anything that can be seen from outside of the vehicle prior to storing. Please reserve your space via Neighbor.com or the Neighbor app. Access instructions will be granted upon reservation completion. A license plate will be required to reserve a spot. Specifically assigned spaces are within the garage on Level 2. Please look for the Neighbor Signs Space 1-5. We look forward to hosting you!
