Spacious, outdoor parking is available in our open-air, paved parking lot! Located in the Elitches neighborhood of Denver. This listing is for one standard size 20x10 parking space. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RVs or TRAILERS, CAMPERS, or BOATS. Accepted vehicles include standard-size cars, trucks, and SUVs, as well as small box trucks or delivery vehicles. All reservations are every month, and the renter has 24/7 access to their vehicle, with no appointment required. We require that all vehicles be registered, and in working order. This is an instant book space, which means that the renter may begin parking their vehicle in the lot on the same day the reservation is made. No living or working within this space.
