Great location in fort collins! I felt safe with my stuff there both when i was away for a while and when i was in town moving things back and forth a lot. Was super convenient with the gated access, and the family was so welcoming and friendly when i saw them.

Our field is groomed and perfect for storing trailers and RVs or other equipment. The lot is safe, enclosed by a fence and trees and nestled between two properties. Irrigation ditches are small and have some water in the summer but easy to drive over. Keep gate closed and wait until closed all the way before driving away. Some uneven ground but renters have had no problems with it. Appreciate your business.
