So far (I haven't been renting from him that long) he seems friendly and the storage looks decent. I do have a little bit of advice about entering and leaving storage- watch your head... There's a low overhang, so be careful. 👍

I have an unpaved lot that you can use for RV, camper, trailer, boat, and vehicle storage. It is 107 acres, without a gate, and fenced. It is a flat area. We water the space from the canal. It is near Highway 95, 20 minutes from the freeway. It is next to Weiser High School. You can check the space anytime you need to. You don't need to notify me before you go.
