TC Long Term Parking is a great company run by wonderful people. Reasonable rates for long term parking near the Traverse City airport. They shuttle you to and from the airport when you are leaving or returning to your car--then wait to make sure your car starts. But beyond helming a well-run, reliable business, Julie and Jordan go above and beyond what is expected to help their clients. Recently, I was stranded at the airport (hadn’t parked my car with TC Long Term Parking this time and had expected a ride I had arranged with another vendor; driver did not show). I called Julie for some advice; she arranged a ride for me all the way to Northport. She really didn’t have to do this—and I didn’t expect it—but that’s just the way she and Jordan are: exceptionally nice people with good business sense!

This was a wonderful travel experience. In addition to cost savings (from long term parking), we were dropped off and picked up right at the terminal entrance ( no slogging through the parking lot looking for our car). Communications were excellent and the drivers VERY pleasant. Would highly recommend this service to all TVC travelers!
