"Everyone was very friendly and all... only needed 3 days and the price negotiated was fair enough. did not care for recurring billing agreement but was easy enough to cancel after my stay. Parking spot is on alleyway which is rarely used and I parked across the alleyway on his property parking area, but there is a sign that says no parking in the alleyway.
