This listing is for one, standard size 20x10 parking space. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RVs or TRAILERS, CAMPERS, or BOATS. Accepted vehicles include standard size cars, trucks and SUVs. All reservations are on a monthly basis, and renter has 24/7 access to vehicle, with no appointment required. We require that all vehicles be registered, and in working order. This is an instant book space, which means that the renter may begin parking their vehicle in the lot on the same day the reservation is made. No living or working within this space.
