Hello, My wife and I have gotten busy raising two little boys and my hobbies in the warehouse have taken a back seat, we spend most of our time at soccer, tennis, golf, swimming, etc. As much as I love to tinker with my cars, I love spending time with my boys more. All this space and really not doing much with it, so please let me know what you have, and I am sure we can accommodate your needs. I am sorry, but you can not run a business out of this location, it is just for storage. Thank you.

This is a uncovered parking lot that has a Privacy Fence to access the parking area with security Cameras inside and outside the building, we also have security lights and we live in house next to the parking area. There has never been any flooding issues since we have owned the Building 09-16-2011. Access to the parking lot is by appointment only.
