Rich is a phenomenal host for the storage of my vehicle. He is immediately responsive and quick to provide access. I’m new to the app/service but if every host is as gracious and friendly as Rich, you will be well cared for! Immensely grateful for his help when needed in a tight turnaround. Access is right off the highway and storage is locked and in two separate gates. Very secured. 5/10 stars!
