Welcome to our parking garage in Seattle! This is for an EV spot only. EV Parkers must pick up an Evercharge card in the leasing office and register the card through Evercharge. EV parkers are responsible for paying for their electricity usage through Evercharge. We offer monthly vehicle storage, monitored 24/7. We have open spaces ready to store your vehicle. Please reserve your space via Neighbor.com or the Neighbor app. After placing a reservation, we will provide you with the address where you will pick up a parking fob (the leasing office is open 10 am - 5 pm Tuesday to Friday). Please arrive 24-48 hours to pick up your access remote. There is a 7 ft height restriction at the lot. A license plate will be required to reserve a spot. RVs, boats, or oversized vehicles are not allowed. We look forward to hosting you!
