About our facility

Welcome to our parking garage in Seattle! We offer monthly vehicle storage, monitored 24/7. Please reserve your space via Neighbor.com or the Neighbor app. After placing a reservation, we will provide you with the address where you will pick up a parking fob (the leasing office is open 10 am - 5 pm Tuesday to Friday). Please come by 24-48 hours in advance to pick up your access fob. A license plate will be required to reserve a spot. No RV, boats, or oversized vehicles will be allowed. Height restriction is 6'10''. We look forward to hosting you!
