I live here with my family and have some extra space available. It's a safe neighborhood - we've lived here 5+ years and had no problems. The entire area is slightly sloped, and we've never had flooding in the rental area because it's on high ground. There are 4 spots 10x40 and 1 spot 10x20 due to the drainage ditch, as seen in the photos.
